    • Workings days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For our production timeline, it takes 8-10 of these working days, and for delivery, it’s 3-5 working days. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not included in this calculation.
    • VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfer options are available for all customers within Sri Lanka.
    • Order dispatch takes place only during working days (Monday-Friday) excluding Poya days and other Public holidays.
    • Pick up option is not available as Cherie Lueur is an online store that is purely operated online.
    • Once the order has been accepted by the recipient or a representative, it will be deemed as delivered. Cherie Lueur shall not be held responsible for any lost goods after acceptance of the goods by the recipient.
    • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.
    • Delivery Special Requests: We understand that our customers may have special delivery requests such as a preferred delivery date or time, delivery instructions, or special packaging requirements. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, please note that they are not considered for delivery timelines. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all special requests. We appreciate your understanding in this matter

 

International

  • All orders are shipped out from Sri Lanka.
  • All charges are based on weight, which includes the weight of the packaging.
  • Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, other public holidays in Sri Lanka.
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express options are available for all customers worldwide.
  • Overseas orders will only be dispatched once the seller has received a proof of payment.
  • All orders will be shipped via DHL courier services.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped out.
  • Expected delivery date may vary from 2-4 weeks, but may delay further under the following circumstances; custom clearance delay, public holidays, bad weather conditions & etc.
  • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
