At Cherie Lueur, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange under the conditions below.


Reasons Accepted for Exchanges

  • Wrong item received
  • Ring size adjustment needed (see details below)
  • Defective item received

Exchange Window

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

💍 Ring Exchange & Resizing

We understand how important it is to have the perfect fit.

  • Our Ring Exchange Policy allows you to have your ring resized.
  • Please review our size chart and guide video before purchasing, as certain ring designs may not be eligible for resizing.
  • Courier charges for size/design mismatches must be covered by the customer.

📦 Condition of Exchange Items

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unworn)
  • In original packaging, with all tags/tickets attached
  • Returned in the original selling condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you at your cost.


🔍 Inspection & Processing

  • Every returned item will be carefully inspected.
  • If it meets our exchange requirements, we will process your exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of similar value.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges do not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
  • Customers are responsible for courier costs in cases of size/design mismatches.
