Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in LKR (Sri Lanka Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit/Credit Cards, KOKO, and Mintpay (for Sri Lanka).
  • Orders are processed only after full payment (except where installment partners apply).
  • International orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Production & Delivery

  • Made-to-Order Jewelry: Production takes 8–10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery within Sri Lanka: 3–5 working days after production. Free of charge.
  • Ready-to-Ship Collection: Dispatched within 3–5 working days. Same-day delivery via PickMe Flash available (charges payable directly to the rider).
  • International Delivery: Shipped via DHL (2–4 weeks, depending on customs). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty & Repairs

  • Lifetime Warranty: Free polishing for all silver jewelry.
  • 2-Year Warranty: Free plating services and repairs.
  • Warranty claims require the original warranty card.
  • After the warranty period, services may incur a fee.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Refunds are not offered.
  • Exchanges are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Exchange Policy.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging. Custom/personalized pieces are not eligible.

Comments & Reviews

  • Users may post reviews/comments. These do not reflect the views of Cherie Lueur.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content deemed offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Cherie Lueur is not responsible for:

  • Delays in shipping due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
  • Items lost after acceptance of delivery by the recipient/representative.
  • Unauthorized use of website content or media.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Reservation of Rights
