DELIVERY POLICY

We want every Cherie Lueur piece to reach you safely and on time. Below you’ll find details about our local and international delivery timelines and policies.

✨ Local Delivery (Sri Lanka)

• Production Timeline (Made-to-Order): 8–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days after production.

• Ready-to-Ship Collection: Dispatched within 3–5 business days. (Only items listed in our Ready-to-Ship Collection are eligible.)

Ring Sizes (Ready-to-Ship):

Ready-to-Ship rings are dispatched in the size available at the time of purchase. Since these pieces are pre-crafted, sizes cannot be chosen in advance. If the fit isn’t perfect, you’re welcome to return it for complimentary resizing after you receive it.

PickMe Flash (Same-Day Delivery):

We also offer PickMe Flash delivery for Ready-to-Ship items, and for Made-to-Order pieces once production is complete.

• PickMe Flash charges are not included in your order and must be paid in cash directly to the rider at the end of the trip.
• This option is non-negotiable and ensures your package is safely handed over to you.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (excluding weekends, Poya days, and public holidays). 

Payment Methods:

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, KOKO and MintPay are accepted.

Other Details:

• Orders are dispatched only on working days.
• Pick-up is not available — Cherie Lueur is an online-only boutique.
• Once the order is accepted by the recipient (or a representative), it is considered delivered. Cherie Lueur is not responsible for lost items after acceptance.
• If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided, any re-routing or redelivery charges must be borne by the customer.
• Special Requests: While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery dates/times or special instructions, these requests are not guaranteed and do not affect delivery timelines.

🌍 International Delivery

• All international orders are shipped from Sri Lanka.
• Charges are based on weight (including packaging).
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays in Sri Lanka).
• Payment Methods: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted worldwide.
• Overseas orders are dispatched only after proof of payment has been received.
• All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier.
• A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
• Expected Delivery: 2–4 weeks (may vary depending on customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays).

Important Notes:

• We deliver to one address per order only. Incorrect or non-existent delivery addresses will require re-routing, and extra charges will be borne by the customer.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
